摘要
The customer loyalty has caused widespread concern in the business, and becomes the core issue in the customer relationship management study. The paper analyzed the impact factors of customer loyalty and discussed the measuring scale and indicators of customer loyalty, at the same time built the evaluation model of customer loyalty.
