摘要
Objective: The study aimed to examine the implementation status of work-related medical rehabilitation (WMR) in eastern german rehabilitation centres. Methods: Problem-centered interviews with 14 clinicians were conducted. Furthermore a standardized questionnaire was sent to 137 departments from 82 medical rehabilitation centres. Results: The data confirm, that typical work-related measures (e.g., work conditioning) were well-established in the main indications of medical rehabilitation. However, problems in the implementation of various work-related services (e.g., group interventions, external collaborations) were identified. Conclusion: Recommendations were derived to improve the process of WMR implementation in medical rehabilitation centres.
