摘要
In this paper, a single-layer reflectarray element is proposed with wide phase coverage of 400 degrees and good polarization separation. Based on this type of element, a Ka-band-folded reflectarray loaded with the orbital angular momentum (OAM) is designed. The prototype antenna is able to generate OAM waves with high efficiency, low profile, and good mode purity. To evaluate the performance, the OAM antenna with mode l = 1 is fabricated and measured. Both the simulated and the measured results are well matched with the theoretical value.
