摘要
Radio access network integrated with fiberwireless-enabled multiple radio access technologies is envisioned for future heterogeneous wireless communications. Radio-over-fiber technology delivers wireless services with high capacity, high link speed, and low latency. Mobile backhaul, midhaul, and fronthaul as three fundamental methods supporting multiple radio access technologies are improved by fiber-wireless technologies and radio-over-fiber links to satisfy growing demands and provide high-performance coverages.
