摘要：
The management of atopic dermatitis is set for a major shift with the introduction of the first new topical treatment for the condition in 40 years - the non-steroidal topical immunomodulator tacrolimus (Protopic(R)). Backed by strong clinical data, tacrolimus ointment is a valuable addition to topical steroids in the management of moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis.
