摘要：
This paper presents the teaching optimization system of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business simulation game at universities in China. The optimization model is developed to explore the better teaching effects and performance which makes students understand the real operation of the firms and the core idea of ERP application. Firstly, the necessity of ERP business simulation game at universities is analyzed. Secondly, the pros and cons of ERP simulation game are presented, the potential and crucial problems in the game are founded, and the reasons are dig for the teaching optimization system. Thirdly, the optimization model of simulation game with supplemental but critical elements is developed to improve the teaching system, and some suggestions are given based on the rich teaching experience to strengthen the teaching effects. Finally, conclusions are made and the acknowledgement is shown.
