摘要：
For it can meet needs of negotiation among organizations take place in different time and place, and for it can make its course more rationality and result more ideal, business argument system based on agent can improve cooperation among organizations well. Research on the social rules in this kind of system can guarantee its development and implementation. The concept of social rules in business argument system is given. After it has been classified, relative description model of it is also given by a diagram. Then explain it by set theory in mathematics. Relative model of causing social rules in this system is also given with theories of linear programming, and an example is brought forward to verify its efficiency finally. Future directions in this area are then discussed.
