This paper chooses the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway as the research object, takes the passengers' demand of high-speed railway as the starting point, establishes the logit regression model, takes the ten railway passengers' demand factors such as sex, age, monthly income and so on as the covariate, collects information by doing surveys. The paper analyzes the influence of the above factors on the behavior of railway passengers' choice. According to the results, this paper puts forward that if we want to further improve the operational efficiency of high-speed rail and expand the high-speed railway passenger transport market, on the one hand, we should keep the advantage of long-distance and short-haul of high-speed railway to ensure that the existing passenger volume is not losing; On the other hand, there is a need to consider narrowing the price gap with other modes of rail transports, or by attracting price-sensitive railway customer groups in other ways to offset the adverse effects of price disadvantage.
