Ventilation firm seeks partners for chimney automation trials

Ventilation firm Exhausto is looking for companies that have two identical multiple boiler installations to take part in efficiency trials of its chimney automation technology. Exhausto seeks to run the trials to test the performance of its CAS 8002 industrial chimney fan and electronic control system. CAS 8002 is designed specifically for multiple appliances connected to a single heater and chimney system. Installations in the US have demonstrated boiler running cost savings of between 18- 30% and the company now wants to validate performance data at UK facilities. The control system modulates the fan speed to maintain a pre-set negative pressure in the complete flue system to achieve the highest possible boiler efficiency. While, the chimney automation system maintains the correct level of draught for greatest fuel efficiency.
