Crystal structure of (CH3)2ND2D2PO4 at room temperature studied by neutron diffraction

摘要:
Crystal structure of deuterated dimethylammonium dihydrogen phosphate (CH3)(2)ND2D2PO4 was determined in the ferroelectric phase at 298 K by neutron diffraction. Deuteration ratio is estimated to be 0.913. Lengths of hydrogen bonds forming chains of phosphate anions are 2.50 and 2.59 A.
