摘要
In Poland, the requirements which have to be fulfilled by doctor's offices, whether in individual medical practices or in health-care clinics employing large personnel, are stipulated in the Directive of the Minister of Health [6]. The present research involved 15 rooms belonging to 6 different medical practices. Measurements were conducted during three seasons of the year: in summer, autumn and winter. The observed minimum air change rate in a room equalled 0.55 with the amount of ventilation air amounting to 25.20 m(3)/h, which according to standards provides a ventilation air stream sufficient for a single person. It has been proved that the temperature and humidity in the investigated doctor's offices were conformed to the standards, whereas the CO2 concentration was close to the permissible upper limit or in some cases exceeded it (the maximum 1580 ppm).
