Reflection properties of fast leaky surface acoustic waves on lithium tetraborate.

摘要
The dispersion curves of FLSAW propagating along periodic structure of metal electrodes on a lithium tetraborate substrate have been calculated. The calculation method is based on generalized periodic Green's function approach. The mass and stress loading of electrodes are considered by newly rigorously developed perturbation technique. To investigate the influence of higher order effects the finite element method is applied. It is found that the reflection coefficient in open circuited structure for FLSAW to FLSAW reflection reveals a minimum value as the electrode thickness increases. Contrary to that the reflection coefficient for SAW to SAW reflection increases continuously with the increase of electrode thickness.
