摘要
In this paper, the energy-saving technology of prefabricated concrete building envelope is studied. To further understand the thermal performance of the exterior envelope of the prefabricated building, the typical common house type is used as an example of Ecotect simulation, and the thermal parameters of its envelope structure and each component are determined. The current envelope structure and specified indexes of the structure type are compared, and the energy consumption is compared in the simulation calculation. At the same time, based on the conclusion of numerical simulation, the overall energy-saving optimization scheme of prefabricated buildings is determined, and the energy consumption of prefabricated houses is compared with the original ones by DeST-h and other softwares. Then the energy-saving efficiency after optimization is analyzed, and the energy-saving strategy after optimization of the outer envelope structure of prefabricated buildings in a certain area is obtained.
