摘要
The purpose of this paper is to evaluate associations among digital skills, gender and earnings in Poland. The research is based on individual data from the Polish survey on human capital (2017). Elementary and advanced digital skills are regarded. Earnings and salary expectations are taken into consideration. The empirical findings suggest that both digital skills and gender affect earnings as well as financial expectations. However, no evidence is found of the interaction effect. The associations between digital skills, earnings and salary expectations are strong and positive.
