摘要
In this technical communique, we propose a novel observer-based adaptive scheme to deal with the parameter estimation problem of biased sinusoidal signals. Different from the existing adaptive frequency estimation scheme, the proposed scheme can achieve fixed-time frequency estimation, whose convergence time is independent of the initial errors. Simulation example with different initial values shows the effectiveness of the theoretical result. (c) 2021 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
