摘要
A new type of low-speed high-torque motor control method is researched on. The motor adopts a dual-stator hybrid rotor structure. The inner rotor is a reluctance structure, and the outer rotor is a surface-mounted permanent magnet structure separated by a magnetic isolation ring. Firstly, the mathematical model of the magnetic/reluctance hybrid rotor double stator motor is established, and then the high-frequency pulsating voltage method is used to monitor the motor speed, and high-frequency signals are injected into the d-axis on the outer stator side of the motor. And extract high-frequency signals from the output terminal to simplify operation. And use the second-order universal integrator (SOGI) to filter the amplitude modulated high-frequency signal to reduce the steady-state error of the motor. And according to the feedback obtained by signal processing, it is fed back to both sides of the motor to realize the monitoring and adjustment of the motor speed.
