摘要
A new type of phase transition originating fi-om hydrogen bonds in has been discovered in some phenol-amine adducts and benzoic acid-amine adducts. A macroscopic Landau theory and a microscopic theory using pseudo-spin approach have been developed to explain these phase transitions. professor Yoshi Ishibashi has contributed significantly to the development of the macroscopic theory.
