摘要
Technological issues existed in the recovery of rhenium from industrial waste water terms with of low rhenium content and high sulfuric acidity. To solve the problem, coated solvent-impregnated resins containing ionic liquid Aliquat 336 (A336-CSIRs) were prepared. Aliquat 336 uniformly impregnated all pores of whole resin. The adsorption kinetic data fit well with pseudo-second-order mode, indicating that the adsorption was in the form of chemisorption. From adsorption isotherm, the adsorption data fit well with Langmuir model, and the saturation adsorption capacity of A336-CSIRs on Re(VII) was up to 73.76 mg/g. The adsorption process of A336-CSIRs for Re(VII) was exothermic and spontaneous in nature. PVA film could significantly enhance the stability of A336-CSIRs. Furthermore, 99.85% rhenium was recovered from industrial waste water with A336-CSIRs.
