摘要
Based on the building characteristic and present situation of energy consumption in our country's hot summer and cold winter zones, this study designs three levels of evaluation index system of building energy conservation from aspects of technical indexes, economic indexes, and functional indexes. This index system suits for the hot summer and cold winter zones and consider many factors such as the building energy consumption, the building's characteristic and the maintenance structure hot working performance. It chooses the analytic hierarchy process and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. First, this paper use the analytic hierarchy process to provide the weight value of every indicator, then confirm single factor fuzzy evaluation matrix, form sub factor fuzzy evaluation matrix and calculate top indicator comprehensive evaluation result by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, finally finish evaluation result analysis on the basis of centesimal system principle. This process obtains a set of intact algorithms. The way of combining analytic hierarchy process with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method can unify all levels indicators well and realize the quantification analysis and also have strong feasibility. Case study shows that the method is objective, effective and has significant practical value.
