摘要：

The paper discusses the potential safety hazards in tunnel construction by trenchless technology including fire disaster, water disaster and harmful gas etc., analyzes the potential reasons and gives some effective preventive measures and risk management methods. The preventions is focused on how to prevent underground damage, equipment tool accident and person injure accident and how to operate training programs.
