摘要
The experiment of in-situ catalytic pyrolysis of sawdust with bio-char catalyst was investigated on the fixed bed reactor. The bio-char was prepared by self-pyrolysis reaction, and characterized by Thermal Gravimetric Analyzer (TGA), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF). The gas and liquid produced from pyrolysis process were analyzed by Gas Chromatography 3000 (GC-3000) and Gas Chromatography/Mass Spectrometer (GC/MS). Results showed that the bio-char could promote the pyrolysis of sawdust and it was beneficial to the cracking of the large ring polyaromatic tar compounds. With the increase of bio-char, the heavy polyaromatic hydrocarbons (HPAH) (larger than 3 rings or 11 carbons) were decreased from 26.20% to 8.42%. The optimal mass ratio of sawdust to bio-char was 3:2, and hydrogen yield could reach 1.94 x 10(-3) Nm(3) in this mass ratio (at 750 degrees C). The bio-char could be circularly utilized as catalyst. This in-situ catalytic pyrolysis would be significative to the industrial application in bio-energy conversion.
