摘要：

One of the most important things of teaching is how to improving the quality of teacher. Excellent teacher is the core of the college teaching. Standing on the point of the student, this paper abstract a series of basic ability from the skills teacher should predominate. Then we construct an AHP-based evaluation system in order to have a deep analysis on the essentiality of the teacher's ability. Results show that the AHP approach is a versatile tool that can be applied to a wide range of ability evaluation problems.
