摘要：
Immaturity and deficiency of the immune mechanism, and the structural characteristics of the tubotympanum are underling factors for otitis media among young children. Since colonization of pathogenic bacteria in the nasopharynx is an important etiologic factor of middle ear infection, the reduce of these bacteria in the nasopharynx is a beneficial way to prevent middle ear infection, Mucosal immunization, enhances mucosal immunity which prevent bacterial adherence and colonization in the nasopharynx.
