摘要：

The inadequate supply of public services is the main factor that has limited the sustainable demand growth in rural areas By strengthening the government public service functions in those areas and providing more public service supplies, we can not only create prompt demand but also improve the basic producing and living conditions in rural areas. Meanwhile, this is also an important measure to promote economic development in rural areas as seen in increasing peasants' income and stimulating their sustainable growth of demand
