摘要
The synchronization of spatiotemporal chaos of two asymmetrically coupled map lattices is studied by numerical simulations. It is found that the synchronization can be achieved by linking two spatially extended systems with a common signal or signals through one-site connections. The synchronized states are found to be closely related to the approaches used to synchronize the most upstream sites of the two spatially extended systems. The effects of small backward diffusions and the local disturbances on the development of the synchronized states are also discussed.
