摘要
Theoretical studies of electronic transport were performed on a break junction with a single molecule attached to the paramagnetic Au, ferromagnetic Ni, and Co electrodes. The current was calculated within the non-equilibrium Green's function. technique. We have found a negative differential resistance effect for the system in the coherent transport regime. Changing the relative orientation of the magnetic polarization in the electrodes we have obtained very large magnetoresistance.
