摘要
Mode-locking of the disordered cubic sesquioxide crystal Yb:LuScO3 using a reflection-type single-walled carbon nanotube saturable absorber is demonstrated under diode pumping and compared with passive mode-locking by a commercial SESAM. (C)2009 Optical Society of America
