摘要
China's outburst coal mines were classified into mines with serious outburst hazard and mines with ordinary outburst hazard on the analysis basis of the classified management techniques of outburst mines In other countries and with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and 8 classification indicators, and the principle and technical specifications for classified management were put forward in this paper, thus forming a safety management system for the classified management of outburst mines in China.
