摘要
The Recirculating Planar Crossed-Field Amplifier (RPCFA) is a high-power microwave amplifier. This paper presents the experimental configuration and results of an experiment to test the effects of signal feedback, as well as the design for a new double-sided RPCFA. With 100% feedback and zero drive power, the RPCFA is shown to oscillate. Adding attenuation in the feedback loop is shown to suppress the oscillation.
