摘要
Systematical differences of the Total Ozone Content over high mountains, (The Pamirs, Andes) and westward located plains are revealed. The changes in the total ozone over mountains are preliminary interpreted in terms of the upward propagation of atmospheric internal gravity waves generated when the horizontal wind iniciates upward motions when it meets an obstacle - the mountain ridge.
