摘要
100 patients (65 women, 35 men aged 30-60 years) with shift-like progredient schizophrenia in a period of remission were observed in an outpatient clinic. The patients had the following family status: 30 patients had their own families, 39 - were never married, 31 - were divorced. An analysis of the family situation revealed that the possibility of both the creation and maintenance of their own families were determined in schizophrenic patients by the whole complex of factors such as general populational ones, connected with the disease, personality, interactions in parents' family, family orientations of the patients. These facts should be taken into consideration in designing medical-rehabilitation programs.
