Study on Grid-based Early-warming Mechanism and Management for Public Emergency

Early-warning to public crisis is not only the focus of the present society but also took the priority in the government's agenda. Grid comes out of the depth of development of internet technology which owns the merits of full source-sharing and high activity-collaborating. This thesis uses the grid theory to set up gridding crisis early-warning mechanism, and design gridding resource collocation of emergency management as well as it's corresponding systems. Based on the research into the grid data model of public crisis, this thesis demonstrates an effective way to allocate, communicate, collaborate and sharing system, which means to compile dispersed crisis sources and serves into a high sharing, orderly movement priority system so that to satisfy the needs to public crisis early-warning and emergency management.
