摘要
Computer simulation of rainbow and "ion focusing" effects taking place in scattering of Ar atoms on Al (111) and Ag(111) crystal surfaces have been performed. The trajectory calculation and vector summation of forces of the projectile atom interaction with crystal atoms have been shown to provide good fitting of the available experimental data. The thermal vibration amplitude for atoms located on the surface of crystals under study has been determined. A functional form of the potential has been proposed that fits well the experimental data. (C) 2016 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
