摘要
This paper works on the precise machining of ultrasonic combined grinding for Nano-ZrO2 ceramics, and point out that two dimensional ultrasonic grinding has many desirable characteristics for the fabrication of hard brittle materials, such as the oval-shaped machining locus along spiral line, the machining that is similar to the rotating tool and the machining with variable amplitudes, and proves that two dimensional ultrasonic grinding improves the sharpness of abrasive particle, reduces mean grinding force, and increases interferences among abrasive particles, so its surface quality is superior to that under common grinding.
