摘要：

Sustainable development is a hot spot of intensive community-building. The paper research the methodology for sustainable development. Proposed to the establish a integrated model of management methodology for real estate sustainable development that uses of information technology and contain the whole team, the entire process, all elements. The paper made an in-dept study of technical methods for sustainable management of the entire real estate team and the construction of real estate management information system, and then proposes the real estate management information system framework for sustainable development. The study provides theoretical reference in order to measure the progress of real estate sustainable development system.
