摘要
Peanut and tree nut allergies are very common in our populations. Nevertheless, a real diagnostic challenge arises through serological and clinical cross-reactivities between different nuts. The responsible clinician must seek a clinical diagnosis to overcome cross-reactive results, thus enabling patients to have a precisely tailored diet in relation to their nut allergies, resulting in improved quality of life.
