摘要
This paper presents a compact rectangle patch dual band high gain antenna for mm-wave 5G applications. Proposed antenna resonant at 28 GHz and 37 GHz with high gain of 6.4dBi and 5.4dBi respectively. It has a compact size of 6.2 x 7.2 x 0.5mm(3) along with the sufficient performance characteristics of return loss. Due to the slot on the patch antenna is showing dual resonating band characteristics. Thus, in this paper novel antenna is designed using HFSS software which can be used for 5G communications.
