摘要：
Current recommendations support the use of isoniazid in the management of latent tuberculosis. Although isoniazid is recognized as a safe agent for this use, the potential exists for severe adverse reactions. We report the case of a patient in whom severe pancreatitis developed following treatment with isoniazid for latent tuberculosis.
