摘要：

Learning from foreign parents is one core factor for an IJV to establish competitive advantages. This paper explores a method of IJV organizational learning on the perspective of absorptive capability. The paper first examines the concept of organizational learning and its pattern, and then studies absorptive capability and the factors that influence a firm's absorptive capability. Based on the above research, the paper further proposes a model of absorptive capability-based organizational learning in IJV, and suggests the function mechanism of absorptive capability on IJV organizational learning.
