摘要
(Chemical equation presented). The combination of highly compatible metal and enzyme catalysts allows the fastest dynamic kinetic resolution of alcohols ever reported. The use of ruthenium catalyst 1a (or 1b) and an immobilized lipase results in a highly efficient enantioselective synthesis of acetates in excellent yields at room temperature (see scheme).
