摘要：

Human resource quality management is one of the most critical issues of the quality management of distance education. From studying and summarizing the evolution of ISO9000 Standards in human resource management &distance education, this paper provides the comprehensive research on the post analysis in post setting of the distance education. On this basis, the thesis designs a suitable system of human resource management in distance education, combining with the human resource management practice of College of Distance Learning and Continuing Education (DLCE), Beijing Jiaotong University.
