摘要：

The consensus problem is one of the fundamental problems studied in networked systems. In this paper, we first propose the hierarchical control strategy to solve the consensus problem, which is similar to the pyramid structure of human society. In the next step, we analyze the convergence properties of the proposed protocols. Finally, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and significance of the proposed model.
