摘要
In the case of electric power demand exceeds supply, the emergent direct load control measures may cause negative society influence and significant economic loss. In this paper, the demand side management is converted from emergency control to long-term coordination. Long-term hydro-thermal scheduling model considering interruptibe load is established to fully excavate the regulation ability of demand side. To make the model more realistic, constraints relating to reservoir operation, coal-fired plan and maintenance scheduling are formulated in the proposed scheduling model. Furthermore, different time index variables are set to meet various demands of time interval for electric power and energy. The case studies are carried out on a system with 58 thermal units and 44 hydropower units. Results show that the economy of the system is improved, power generation and consumption resources are integrated in the long-term scheduling.
