摘要：

Polyschema venusta sp. nov., found on decaying leaves, is described and illustrated. It is distinguished by its navicular, 5 - 13-septate, dark brown to black, tuberculate conidia. The differences between P. venusta and similar species are briefly discussed and a key to the species of the genus is provided.
