Brain Tumors in ChildrenChildhood brain tumors were previously classified by histologic appearance and location. A new classification includes genetic changes, which have prognostic significance and may lead to therapeutic targets. This review focuses on pediatric gliomas, ependymomas, and medulloblastomas.
