摘要：

The vibration of movable part gives deteriorate control performance in linear motor drive table. This paper proposes a control method of Linear motor drive table using observer of the vibration repression. The repression of the vibration of movement part becomes possible by feedback the vibration element. The effect was confirmed by the simulation and the experiment.
