摘要：

The review presents basic epidemiological, etiological, pathogenetic and clinical data concerning Parkinson's disease (PD). Recent theories are debated including Braak's pathological hypothesis of PD and the role of LRRK2 mutation in the pathogenesis of sporadic PD. In the clinical part of the review, current diagnostic procedures and therapeutical approaches are shown.
