摘要
Computer Aided Design (CAD) can't complete some policymaking procedures of substation design, such as defining,the main electrical connection. It can solve these problems to apply fuzzy expert system theory to CAD. The paper proposes a method of expressing all relative factors to main electrical connection plan in. a few fuzzy subsets, and computing the membership degree in Derfei method with degree of belief, and calculating the synthetical value in weighted fuzzy logic conjuction formula. It expounds process of obtaining the best plan and an AI-CAD system. The example shows that this method can shorten the design time, simplify the design program, and improve the quality of design.
