摘要：

Pain caused by disc herniation has been treated bq, epidural steroid injection for many years. More recently, oxygen-ozone therapy has proved effective in the treatment of disc-root conflict due to herniated disc. Among the different case series reported in the literature, the success of oxygen-ozone therapy ranged from 75 to 85%. We describe the case of a woman initially treated With epidural steroid injections with short-lasting limited benefit, subsequently resolved with oxygen-ozone therapy. We report the CT findings before and after treatment.
