摘要
Aicardi syndrome (AS) was originally described in 1965 as a congenital abnormality with a classic triad of total or partial agenesis of the corpus callosum, infantile spasms, and chorioretinal lacunae.(1) In 2005, Aicardi(2) reported that the funduscopic findings are considered pathognomonic. We report a case of AS without corpus callosurn agenesis that was diagnosed on the basis of chorioretinal lacunae.
